Read-only Asana mirror into Supabase. Admin/lead only.

The scheduled refresh injects the workspace at the call site rather than in a visible required-refresh payload (see docs/2026-09-08-where-we-are.md, PR #191) — a scheduled run always names its workspace explicitly, never falling back to "the first workspace found."
